Important Reminders for Current Members!
Please make sure you sign the attendance sheets for meetings and
work parties so you can receive credit. Both are requirements for
probabionary members. IF YOU DO NOT SIGN THE ATTENDANCE
SHEET, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT!
Make sure we have your correct email address and mailing address
on file. If you changed it within the last few years, you need to notify the
secretary or membership chairman so you can receive club emails.
Meetings cannot be made up. Work parties can be made up with
prior approval of the E-Board or Grounds or Building director.
Note about Work Parties... Work Parties and membership meetings
are 2 separate events. Just because a meeting is canceled or postponed
does not mean a work party has been canceled or postposed.
Always check the website for specific cancelations.
Updated membership status sheet will be posted at the clubhouse. |
